Fashion week 2/3-2/10

New York Fashion Week has passed quite a while ago, and things are looking pretty grim for fall 2006. Marc Jacobs, along with other designers, has used grunge as a theme for their lines. I adore Marc by Marc Jacobs however, Jacobs' Fall 2006 line was not impressive.

A designer to watch is Luella Bartley of London, she is going to have a line at target and her fall 2006 line was adorable.




Bartley created fabulous designs that people will actually wear.


I had the privilege of attending the Matthew Williamson shoe with Jane Keltner. I loved his show, he is definitely a designer to be watching as well. Williamson designed fun and eye catching pieces. My favorite look from his show was the red silk dress shown below.
